Mercer Blalock, Jr. was born and raised in the metropolitan area of Atlanta. As a young man he learned about cars and the auto repair industry from his father, who owned and operated a successful repair shop in Dekalb County for over 35 years. Mercer Blalock, Jr. learned through his experiences that insurance companies defraud consumers with unethical practices in repairing vehicles. Mercer Blalock, Jr. has advocated for the consumer due to unjust transactions after vehicle collisions.
With over 25 years of experience and expertise in the collision repair and automobile appraisal industry, Mercer Blalock, is the obvious advocate for the consumer. Not only does Mercer Blalock, have many years of experience he holds certifications by Inter-Industry Conference on Collision Repair (I-CAR) and Pittsburg Paint and Glass (PPG). Mercer Blalock is also a member of The American Society of Certified Automotive Appraisers. Mercer Blalock has conducted over 30,000 automotive appraisals and inspections.
