Structural Damage

Which Vehicle Would You Purchase?

The concept of diminished value is very simple. Basically, a vehicle with a prior collision history is worth less and harder to sale than a vehicle with no collision history. Diminished Value is based on consumer and market awareness that even if the vehicle is repaired to the "best of human ability", it will still exhibit remaining deficiencies and inconsistencies from its prior condition.

What we do:

We conduct a thorough inspection of your vehicle after repairs have been completed. We analyze the final repair estimate and obtain your vehicles' value through major industry sources like NADA and KBB. We take all the information we have obtained and complete a full report that can be submitted to the insurance company. We also provide continued support and assistance until your claim is satisfied.

We Work For You!!

Would you put your family in this vehicle?

Pre-Repair Inspection: If an insurance adjuster is inspecting the vehicle, why should I have another inspection?  Insurance companies only profit if they collect premiums and do not pay-out claims, therefore they are not working in your best interest. Insurance companies contract with repair shops and in doing so will contract the lowest bidder. How is the shop able to bid low? Defective, after-market, and/or used parts, unskilled labor and poor work-product. To the average consumer the vehicle damage is repaired but to the skilled inspector it is not. CONSUMER COLLISION SERVICES, INC. will thoroughly inspect the vehicle prior to the repair, documenting all defects, and required repairs.

Post Repair Inspection: The post-repair inspection is the most important service we offer. We have estimated that 1 out of 4 vehicles with a prior collision history have been repaired improperly. In most cases, those vehicles are unsafe to drive. We offer complete detailed inspections of your vehicle. We also provide assistance in helping you with the re-repair or totaling process.
