Our Services
01.Diminished Value Evaluation
This service provides an accurate assessment of the diminished value your vehicle has after repair, helping you understand the potential compensation you may be eligible for. It includes detailed analysis based on vehicle condition, repair history, and market data. Clients receive a comprehensive report that supports claims for settlement negotiations or insurance purposes. This service aims to empower vehicle owners with expert valuation knowledge.
02.Post-Repair Inspection
CCSI examines visible and reasonably accessible repair-quality concerns, including incomplete repairs, poor welding, excessive plastic filler, panel fit, and other observable defects. Customers receive a written report and photo documentation. This service is especially helpful when problems continue after repairs or the vehicle has been returned to the shop without a satisfactory resolution. The inspection does not certify vehicle safety or confirm conditions that cannot be seen or accessed.
03.Total-Loss Valuation Service
CCSI provides independent total-loss valuation appraisals backed by more than 30 years of collision and automotive appraisal experience. We review the vehicle’s configuration, condition, mileage, options, comparable vehicles, and the insurer’s valuation report to provide an opinion of its pre-loss actual cash value. The appraisal can help identify factual errors, unsupported adjustments, or an offer that does not reflect market evidence. Results vary based on the facts of each claim.

- 07.
